Annotations

These annotations are interactive and link to a specific timestamp in the video. x
1

Use legs (as body base) when kneeling on floor and make eye contact with the audience while facing the front (using element of space).

2

Stick out tongue (use of body part) to mimic catching snowflakes and licking snow, one by one (in canon), making eye contact with other dancers.

5 7 25 40
3

Use twisting (non-locomotor movement) to move from kneeling (medium level) to lying on back (low level), maintaining spatial awareness.

7 12 20 40
4

Use legs and arms to repeat short percussive movements (using elements of time and dynamics) from a symmetrical star shape to arms by side and legs together, to mimic making snow angels.

12 15 15 60
5

Use non-locomotor movement to move from floor (low level) to standing (high level) in canon.

16 18 20 40
6

Use wide-legged stamping (locomotor movement with strong dynamics) to mimic stamping in snow, then move in a line in a semi-circular pathway (using element of space) all together (in unison).

17 22 15 40
7

Use controlled falling (non-locomotor movement) in canon to move from standing to floor and land face down (on front body zone).

22 23 15 90
8

Use spatial awareness and small movements to come to final spreadeagled and still shape, in which stillness communicates the end of the dance.

23 26 25 60
9

Maintain focus throughout the dance and use fundamental movement skills.
